VISITS ARE BY APPOINTMENT ONLY TO ENSURE STREAMLINED SERVICE.

If you are a NEW customer, please come in person to register and set up future appointments (3 per month) at the following times:

  • Monday 12pm-4pm

  • Wednesday 10am-2pm

  • Thursday 10am-12pm (ONLY if you are a senior/age 60+)

  • Friday 10am-2pm

The White Center Food Bank offers customers a diversity of services, providing food assistance and nutrition programs to the entire family. We offer several programs to help meet the needs of our seniors and families, including home delivery and a mobile food bank for those with special needs. 

All customers in are provided with Healthy Food Gift Certificates that can be redeemed at our local grocery partners, the Samway Market, Lee's Produce Market, and Hung Long Asian Market. Please ask our Intake Staff about how you can participate in this program!

BABY PANTRY

Mondays

12:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m.

Wednesdays & Fridays

10:00 a.m. - 1 p.m.

We offer diapers, infant and child food and items like infant formula, jars of baby food, infant cereal, and other items for infants and young children. This program is supported through a partnership with Westside Baby

*Please bring copy of child birth certificate or baby footprints, if birth certificate is unavailable.*

*One visit per month for services, and one visit per month to order larger items*

MOBILE FOOD BANK PROGRAM

Delivering a fully stocked, twice a month, mobile food bank to seniors and disabled residents living at the following housing facilities: 

Joseph House

Nia Apartments

Arrowhead Gardens

*Must be a resident of one of the above housing facilities to participate

 

HOME DELIVERY PROGRAM 

We offer home delivery to those who have mobility issues or other disabilities that may prevent them from participating in our regularly offered Food Bank distributions. 

*Must have a doctor's note specifying your need for home delivery*

AFTER-HOURS BAGS

NO-COOK BAGS

We offer food assistance to those customers arriving outside of our normal distribution hours and/or for those who do not have access to cooking facilities or equipment. 

After-Hours Bags - Available to those who need emergency food assistance - Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m - 3:30 p.m. 

No-Cook Bags - Available to those who need no-cook food assistance - Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m - 3:30 p.m.

WHITE CENTER Heights

COMMUNITY GARDEN 

Through a partnership with King County, we manage the Community Garden at the White Center Heights Park.

If you are interested in gardening but do not have room, we have extra plots for the community to grow food in!
